Good Advice!

Today while working down stairs once again putting unfinished
histories, photo albums, scrapbooking things away for upcoming
company, I leafed through a folder containing thoughts and
articles that I've been meaning to file or get rid of.  This little
cartoon popped up and....

....I wondered if it was a omen (is that the right word)
regarding my "things I should do" instead of the things
"I want to do"?  Guess each day I really should select one
"should do"item and work on it whether it gets completed
or not...such as writing my history, completing the children's
baby books, updating photo albums,  etc.   Even if I just spent
15 minutes, well maybe one hour a day, I bet I could cross off
several things on that list in no time!  Wouldn't that be something!

Mmmmm.  Maybe I best take that Good Advice To Heart!

  2. I can relate, even though I'm a 'do it now' kind of gal! Even just 15 minutes a day, Nola, would put a big dent in your list. Great cartoon, super reminder. Sometimes, if I have something on my list that I really want to accomplish, I set it up the night before so it is ready for me to work on the next day, right there, in my face. ~karen

  4. Hi Nola!

What excellent advise - I need to get started on my bucket-list, life is short, we never know how long we have. My father, who thought he would live to a ripe old age, died at 59, cancer. We buried him on his 60th birthday. Let's get started! Life history, photos . . . here I come!!

Thanks for the advise, cute cartoon, I think I'll copy it!!

    Hugs,

  5. Why is it so easy to say we are going to do this starting tomorrow or even when we wake up in the morning--then life takes control of us and off we go!!!!
I do wish you good luck on doing your plan--it just might work out this time--one never knows--I do still surprise myself sometimes and do things I have been putting off---sooooo!!
    Hugs, Di
