It's true! I have sore fingers but two of my projects are
all quilted! Yeah! One is totally completed and on my table
while Stina's little hearts is just waiting to be bound
tomorrow. (Pictures to come later) It seems as if I've
spent every spare minute quilting--and I have. But, now
I must do something different because I can tell my arm
is starting to feel tight. Get so engrossed in my quilting
that I forget to take a break, do some exercises, walk
around, stretch and move my arm.
Today has been the perfect day for quilting... overcast
skies with a skiff of snow earlier, light rain on and off
and now it is raining once again. With the storm it
gave me a good excuse to stay in doors and work.
Having these fun projects to work on certainly brightens
my day and chases those gray dreary days away.
However, I do love hearing the rain as it plops down on
my covered patio. Makes me want to grab a cup of
hot chocolate and a good book to finish out the evening.
Tomorrow will be a busy day with "First Saturday Block
of the Month" class at 9:00 a.m. Then home to sew on
binding, say goodbye to my "Snowmen" decorations
and hello to "Valentines", clean house, do some wash
and whatever else ends up on my list!
