Pumpkins for Fall

It's always so fun to find projects that I started several years ago and never finished!

A couple of weeks ago, I came upon a bag that had been boxed up and decided to see what was in it.  I had used this for quilting and stitchery projects, but put it to the side when I got a new bag.  Was quite surprised to find this project inside it complete with colored picture and floss.

The center leaves and two of the pumpkins had been stitched with a third barely underway.  Since it was perfect for fall, I knew it was time to finish it, frame it and display it.

I wish I had made note of where the pattern came from so I could give credit, but the copy didn't have an reference.

It is wonderful to finish another long lost project.

  2. I’ve been doing that, too, Nola! It seems as though every time I need to hunt for something in particular, I’m finding a tucked treasure to finish up. Love your little stitchery! It was meant to be discovered now. XO

    1. Thanks. I probably would not have found it if I had not been looking for something for a friend and at the last minute decided to check this bag that I used to keep things in.

    1. Thanks, Barb. I know I love seeing you posts also even though I don't always respond. We really got hit with south winds and rain which I have a hard time with, but thankfully I made it through. I am looking to some warmer and better weather. Hope you are doing well.

  4. It is lovely! I like that you finish projects you didn't get completed. I'm afraid, I haven't done that and still have a couple.
It's nice to see you on here.
    Blessings and hugs!
